I am trying to delete an email address  and the system will not let me.

I am trying to delete my business information after someone hacked the paypal "Pay Now" button which enabled them to take money from my account instead of into my account. Please delete my business account as I can not do it for some reason.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
