1. How should the Primary Contact name be changed on a Business (Not-for-profit organisation / Political) account? In our case the person who is the Treasurer (and currently the Primary Contact) is to stand down and be replaced by a new Treasurer.

2. If a new user is first added to our PayPal account can they become the Primary Contact name?
