I made a mistake when opening this account, and opened a business account instead of a personal account. The account was opened when I was under 18 years old, and I am now unable to close this account. Please close this account, I have no need for this account.
If your account is limited because you opened it underage then paypal won't allow you to close it.
They limit it to stop you doing that and to also stop you being able to use the same email and linked banks or cards on another account against their rules.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
