How to get real customer support?

Hello,

i'm having issues linking my bank account, problem is that when i email i receive a generic response about the procedure, which is not my problem

Is there any way to get support from a human?

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add a linked card.
The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.

Thing is, i'm trying to link a USA Bank account from bank of america and its not working

I saw some people had same problem, and solved it with help from paypal customer service, but right now they only send generic replies

(i understand here is a voluntary help board)
