Hi everyone so I have tried to log in (I know all my details) but the only options I have to authenticate my account are to send a text to my old phone number or have them call my old phone number , I do not have that number anymore and I cannot log in because it wants to verify my account or something ? How do I get in or Change my number from here it won’t let me make any pay pal payments as it wants to authenticate my profile or something
I have the same problem (my phone was stolen), I just finished reading all the answers. Some say to keep changing your password until it stops asking for phone verification, but that didn't work for me.
There is no way to contact customer service and on PayPal's social media, only bots reply. I'll try writing an article on Medium to get some attention, because I really don't know what else to do
