Hello,
I have been trying to use my Paypal account but every time I need to put my phone number to verify my identity, the following message appears:
''It looks like this number isn't registered in your name. Please try a different number.''
I know I am using the correct number and it is under my name.
I tried to call and message them on the Paypal website and on Facebook and they always say no one can help me at that time due to COVID-19 limitations.
Can someone please help me? I am completely unable to use my account.
