Phone Change - Confirmation Option Not Showing

Hi Folks, I need some urgent help please. I need to change my phone details, but the Confirm umber option is not showing, hence I'm unable to complete adding the new phone. Please help! Thank you so much!

Hi @john360media, Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sometimes it does have to do with browser we recommend you use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. if you experience the same situation with a different browser, kindly contact our customer service by clicking on the words " Help / Contact " at the bottom of PayPal page and use the phone option in the blue band at the top or very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. I hope this helps. Thank you for the solution @millieagz! I was able to add the number. However, the old number is still showing as the primary. It is still being used by the system as 2 factor. I tried changing the primary using the options in the page but nothing works. I need to have this changed ASAP as someone might use the old number already and be able to access my account which is pretty scary.

 

I tried emailing and calling, but there's no service for calls now in Paypal here in Singapore. 

 

Hopefully someone can advise on how to remove and change the primary phone.
