Someone help so I want to remove my bank account but the pop up keeps saying “Pending Transaction” but I checked and I don’t have any pending transactions! I tried calling customer service and emailing them to no reply.

If you have had a recent purchase then whilst the seller has been credited in advance the funds to reimburse paypal from your bank account may still be transfering.
Secondly have you checked here.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
Advice is voluntary.

That’s the problem I cannot find any “manage pre approved payments” in my account I already tried logging with website and app
