Paypal verify identity

Hello everyone,

 

I came across a problem while using my PayPal account. I never noticed I needed to verify my identity and all of the sudden I got an email saying I needed to verify it. I tried to confirm my identity but it kept saying: Our Apologies... It seems like something went wrong on our side. Try again in a few minutes. I am not able to confirm my identity and now I can’t send nor receive money from my account.

 

I would really appreciate any advice on what I should do.

Not sure if it'll help, but try again on your browser's incognito mode
