I am encountering two issues: 1. My payment through Paypal is not unsuccessful saying that there is an issue with my card. 2. I tried to confirm my link card but receives a prompt saying that "Your card is declined by the issuing bank". I called my bank to inquire about the issue and told me that the transaction when through however Paypal debits back the amount to my card. I also checked my transaction and found that there is 1 USD debit from my card but then credited back again. My issuing bank said that there is no issue from there side and probably from Paypal. Could anyone help me resolve this issue? Thanks.
