Hi, I hope you can help me solve this problem.
I was an exchange student in the USA and tried to set up a PayPal account to buy online but, since I was't a resident, I couldn't get it verified so I decided to wait until I got back to my country.
I am now trying to set up a PayPal account in Spain, but my email and card are linked to the old account set in the United States. The thing is, I can't even close the other one because it won't let me do anything before proving I'm a US citizen (which I am not).
I now need an PayPal account urgently and I feel stuck, any suggestions? Thank you in advanced.
