Paypal account cancel with a positive balance.

Hi guys!

I just want to cancel my account but since I have had a balance USD 1.50 I can't. They suggest to transfer my money or use it... I am not interested in that, I just want to close the account. Any idea of how to do it? or how to contact customer service? Thanks

You can't close an account with a positive or negative balance.

So why not just transfer it to a mate or family member and in seconds you can close your account.
