if you don't know your other email? you need to contact Paypal & cancel that Paypal Mastercard & get a New one with the Email you have now. they might be able to do what I call a Hard Reset so your old email & the Bank Card & your information get's wiped clean & than your able to open up a New account with your current Email & don't make the same mistake but that is a maybe. it's up to Paypal not sure how they go about your problem.
if you don't have that Paypal Bank Card physically in front of you? than you need to call them & let them know what happened you have to contact them directly & you have to know the information that only you know & they should be able to help you.
you should always Treat Paypal like a Local Bank don't play with your Bank card don't lose it don't forget your Emails that is like losing your Bank Routing number & someone else finds it they can spend all your money. I never mess with my Banks & I treat Paypal like a Bank keep everything in a Lock Box.
