PayPal Cash Plus vs. PayPal Mastercard

I just got noticed about the new PayPal Cash Plus account and it seems to be just like my PayPal MasterCard. Is it the same thing?

PayPal Cash Plus has to do with your PayPal balance itself, not your PayPal MasterCard. PayPal Cash Plus just allows people to park funds in their PayPal balance instead of requiring them to claim and immediately withdraw funds to their bank account.
