Hello,

I forgot password for my other account and I have changed my mobile phone number. When I try to change it via email, it wants to verify me with my mobile phone number. 

Please help me,

In a situation like this, it's best to give us a call. Once we’re able to verify some information with you over the phone, we’re able to assist in resolving the issue. You can find the number to reach us by going to our website, scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting Contact, then clicking Call us. Be sure to follow the steps to “call us as a guest” since you’re experiencing difficulty logging in to your account.
