PSD2 old mobile number preventing access to account

Hi, I am hoping someone can help as I cannot find a way to speak to someone from paypal to help me resolve my issue, so I seem to be stuck in a vicious circle. My mobile number and laptop have changed so when I attempted to access the account from my new laptop to update my details with my new mobile number it presented PSD2 2 step authentication but to my old mobile number so I cannot login. When I try the contact options it comes up with the same issue as each one requires me to login. So I have no idea how to get my account updated with my new mobile for the PSD2. Can anyone help me please? Cheers James

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Password and account access.
  3. Click Login problems.
  4. Click Call Us after “This information might help” box.
  5. Don’t login. Just call the number you see. Logging in to call is so they don’t have to identify you from scratch.
