Hi, I am hoping someone can help as I cannot find a way to speak to someone from paypal to help me resolve my issue, so I seem to be stuck in a vicious circle. My mobile number and laptop have changed so when I attempted to access the account from my new laptop to update my details with my new mobile number it presented PSD2 2 step authentication but to my old mobile number so I cannot login. When I try the contact options it comes up with the same issue as each one requires me to login. So I have no idea how to get my account updated with my new mobile for the PSD2.
