Officer information pop-up in identity verification dashboard is not working.

Officer information pop-up in identity verification dashboard is blank. There is no place to enter my information.  Is this a bug or something? 

This is really affecting my business. Can someone please help me out here. Emailing and calling PayPal has ben of no use so far.

It seems like you may be facing a technical issue.
