am unable to remove the 2nd address on the account , everytime it giving me this message : Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service.

Welcome to the Community! 

I understand how frustrating it can be to run into an error message repeatedly. I recommend checking to see if the address is set as a billing address for a card on the account. If it is, that can cause an error when you try to remove it. If your cards have all been updated, you may want to contact Customer Support. You can contact Customer Support on Twitter by sending DM to @AskPayPal or a PM on Facebook by going to facebook.com/PayPal. Support may also be reached by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
