My PayPal account is not the state where I live, I recorded UK but I do not live there, it was recorded by mistake I live in another country altogether. If I close my account and reopen it with the correct country, does it affect any transactions I have pending? and also someone sent me money and I got the text message confirming it. And now if I close my account it will still end badly and that money will be lost. Please help.
