Please help me to resolve my account i cant claim my money due to wrong country code acidentaly i put USA country code but im here in philippines i cant claim my money

You won't be able to use another countries paypal account or claim the funds.

If the funds remain unclaimed they should time out and go back to the sender at 30 days post payment.

You could then open a paypal account in the correct country and request the payment again.
