I keep seeing a 'Problem closing your account' message whenever i try to close my account. There exists no balance so why cant i close it?

Check if you had a subscription set up...


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Then your best bet is to contact customer services to ask them to check your account to see if there are any issues.




Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
