I opened an account with PayPal which I havent accessed for a few years, now am trying to log into it, but I can't be able to. Am using the same email I signed up with. I have tried resetting my password in vain - I don't get the email to reset my password. I have also tried the 'forgot my email' option and I get a message saying they 'found a match' with my email, but when I try to reset the password, I get an error message: 'there's a problem on our end, please try again later'. I don't have any other option of contacting PayPal directly without logging in. Am stuck. My PayPal confirmation code I received on my email when I signed up is: 1789-6937-9921-2685-9667. Please help me out regain access to my account. Anybody?

Please contact customer service for assistance:
Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account. Do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
