Why do I have 2 accounts and held you were combined them

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.

If you have 2 of the same type OR want to close one anyway then you can do so and add that email address to your other paypal account as you can have 8 email addresses on the 1 paypal account.

Thank you for your post! I'm afraid it is not possible to combine the accounts. One could be closed and the email address from that account could be added to the other account, allowing for both email addresses to be used on one account, as @kernowlass suggested. It would not be possible to transfer the transaction history to the other account, however.
