I created a new Paypal account recently. I live in The Netherlands but I linked it to my account in my home country. When entering or trying to change the address (so it matches my bank account info) it gives me error on the postal code entry, telling me that it should have 2 letters at the end (dutch format, which is not the same as the one I'm trying to enter). I have been wired money to this account and without solving this issue doesn't seem that I will be able to receive it. I have tried contacting customer service but seems impossible (no response to phone or e-mails).
Any ideas on what the issue is or how to proceed?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
Advice is voluntary.
