Hi, guys,
any chance you might know the reason why PayPal don't allow me to change my mobile phone? Every time (15+ times!!!) after I've entered the new number I had been prompted "You have entered an invalid phone number". But the number is perfectly valid.

I can't get passed the enter mobile number request to get into my account. I've changed my password but it still won't let me pass.

well, looks like the last resort would be to send them a message. Try it out. They will come back... in a few hours. 🙂 Hopefully. Better than nothing, just keep the chat window open.

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
