Lost my account

Dear sirs,

I have an account with PayPal that I lost my control on it and I am not able to login anymore,

I don't remember the e-mail nor password of the account I wonder if you could help because

I linked a bank card and I can't use it in another account that I recently made.

What I need is to delete the account or unlink my card.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
