Log in problem no text verification

PP won't let me access my account. They used to send verification code via email but now require text message.  I have no text message service.  Can't access my account. They told me sorry there is no other option.  I set up text messaging using gmail but PP won't accept my gmail phone number. How can I access my account?  I have a balance of several hundred dollars I need to transfer.
