Log in account with diconected mobile number

Hello I'm trying to log into my account I'm having problems.i can't access it and PayPal is not answering the phone .I have my email and password but the phone number linked to my account I don't have no more and they won't give me any other option .I can't message them as won't go threw or call them is any of you guys got a idea
