Linking my PayPal to Ebay

Hi all,

  I recently open an Ebay account and I did link successfully my PayPal to my Ebay. I can see my PayPal summary and history from my Ebay setting.  However, two days after I put up my first listing on Ebay, it got cancelled automatically, saying something about restriction of my account.

  I call Ebay, they told me that there is no PayPal info coming to their end. I explained to them that I did link them successfully, but they still want me to contact PayPal.

  Does anyone have this kind of problem? 'cause I don't even know what I should explain to PayPal, since I double confirm many times that I did link successfully my PayPal to Ebay.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! 

If you have received a notification regarding a restriction of your account, it might be that your PayPal account had been limited. If this is the case, you should be able to see in your Resolution Centre some steps to complete to solve the issue. Once you have provided all the requested information, you will receive an email update from the relevant team after they reviewed your account.
