Hi,
I uploaded all the required docs as outlined in the KYC Doc upload section of the Paypal website. However, each time I log out and log back in, two of the documents - Letter of Authorization and Proof of Business Identity - are shown as missing.
If Paypal is rejecting these, then there should be a clear message about it. However, there's no such message either in the dashboard, nor in my email. My question is then why do these docs keep going missing?
Would appreciate a quick revert.
