I've added another email address to my account and need to confirm it. I have received the email from PayPal and click the button to confirm, but keep getting this error message - We're having some trouble completing your request. Please try again shortly.
I'm having a similar issue. I can't add a new email address. It just says "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service."
I waited a few days and still get the same error when trying to add a new email address. I'm a developer, so I checked the network request and noticed the request is a 400 with the error code "WALLET_SETTING_RISK_DECLINED". I don't know how to fix it, though.
