I tried to add my debit card, it said that I was going to be charged about $1.95, and a I was going to receive a 4-digits code to verify the card. When I ckecked out the movements of my card, I realized that the charge was made, but it didn't appear the code, so I was unable to verify the card, and I haven't received the cash back.
I've already talked to the bank and they told me that they only have the next info:

And when I try to associate my card again, it shows me a message like that:
This card cannot be linked. Try a different payment method.
I also talked to the bank about it and they told me that there's no issues with the card.
