Issue Verifying my Account

I set up my PayPal account not too long ago, i have already confirmed my email, other information, and have added my banking information to my account. When looking at my account it seems as if I have completed all the steps to be verified, however, I still am not. I have already bought an item off depop using my PayPal account. But now as I am being transferred money from depop as someone bought my item, it won’t let me accept the transaction as I am not verified. I’ve tried everything and done everything they asked me to multiple times, checked my emails, and I am still unverified even though it seems as if I am. What should I do?
