I have been trying to get some of my documents accepted for the past two weeks and they just will not accept them. They have not sent me an email or anything. I don't know why they aren't being accepted. I have not been able to send or receive money at all because of this one document. They accepted my driver's license but will not accept my Paystub.
contact the BBB to lodge a complaint. That's the ONLY way you will get paypal to respond to you. believe me, anyone who's had a problem with paypal knows this as FACT. they no longer allow us to call them. you must play games wiht back and forth 'chat' with their reps in the Philippines, and then wait HOURS for a response. complete waste of time.
