Is it possible to add an additional phone number that is international?

Im currently away from my country of residence and was wondering if I can add an international phone number into my account.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

So sadly you can't add an international phone number but there are exceptions to bank accounts dependent on country.
