Hi, I opened PayPal account, I did everything as requested, but my profile is incomplete, not activated the wallet, in "summary" section is not seen my photo. What is the reason?
It is not a requirement to have a photo in your profile, but it is good if you are sending or receiving personal payments. In order to complete your wallet profile, I would suggest you verify your account by confirming either your bank account or debit or credit card as explainedhere.
