I've been waiting for almost 2 months for paypal to finish my verification

I've been doing this crazy verification paypal has put me through and I have sent them all of the proper documents but they have not gotten back to me about this name change. I already put in a request for it and it has been over 1 month and they still have not responded to me regarding the name change.

It's been like this for at least 45 days. And whenever I try to follow up with them I still get no response. What should I do?

Are you attempting to change your first name or just your last name?

If it's your first name, I know from personal experience that PayPal does not allow you to change your first name on the account. They are horrible at communicating this. The only solution to that is you can call them to delete your account and then create a new account under the same email address with your new first name. Or you can continue to use your old name.
