I've been locked out of my account

Hi gang, 

 

I've been locked out of this account for years and it is still active, still receiving money. This was before two-step verification so I can't get past the secret questions and I can't get in to change my phone number. Is there anything I can do? It's linked to my main emal address and so I can't open up a new paypal account with that address either.

Hi @Seang88,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to log in to an old account. If you're unable to recover access through the options on the website, please contact PayPal by phone for assistance. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then click Call as a guest.
