So I accidentally made 2 paypal accs that weren't useable unless I gave proof of my identity. I logged into the wrong PayPal without realizing and set it up but it was a paypal that I'll never use and forgot about but now I cant get into the one with money sitting on it because my identification wont go through... I'm not sure what's going on or y I've been waiting 3 weeks to get my account able 2 be used but I didnt mean to set the other account up .... any ideas?
