When I try to resolve the limitation on my account so I can close it to make a new one it takes me to a message that says that I can't use Paypal anymore. The only thing that I can click is the link to the user agreement, I assume it because I made the account before I was a legal adult, but now it won't even let me make a new one or use this old one now that I am a legal adult. I would appreciate some help because this is very frustrating.
if your account Flagged for limitation you can't do anything with your account . you must only provide informations paypal need like passport id and credit card proof. you can't delete your account , close , transfer any money , or anything until your account lifted from limitation.
