Paying money into my paypal account

On 15April I transferred £230 from my bank into my paypal account. It’s left my bank but never arrived into my paypal account. Any suggestions??

Hi. Is your bank account directly linked to your PayPal account and you deposited money from that bank? If so I am not sure of any reason why it would not have gone through.

Yes my bank account is linked to my PayPal account. However I did have an email from PayPal at the beginning of April saying my account has been suspended due to unusual activity but their link to re-open the account didn’t work.  However I have bought things since and it’s gone through okay. Unfortunately PayPal seem uncontactable at the moment and I guess I might have to wait till life gains a bit of normality again.

Okay, if the link didn’t work then you may still have a restricted account. I would contact PayPal if I was you, however I recently found (I had a serious issue) that during this covid-19 period you can’t call and my emails haven’t been replied to, nor have the in app messages which were closed without reason(although someone did message saying they passed me to a different department. My next step for you would wait for opening hours and in the instant chat tell the bot “contact agent” and then you may have to wAit a few hours to get a response
