I cannot log in with my another account

I would like to ask help because I could not log in with my first account today. Last night, I logged in and linked a card. It was successful. Just today, I could not log in anymore. I made sure that I encoded the correct email address and password. Can you tell me specifically what the error is? I badly need that account. Please help me.
