I can't verify my credit card.

I tried to verify my credit card but something is wrong with the code. I sent the code 2 times. There is no 4-digit code. It's just ''PP* MERCHANT CHARGE''. I messaged PayPal about it, they aren't being helpful. Someone please help!

From the looks of it, you're already on the right track. Here is the complete process.
If you saw this charge online via your banking app, try to open up your statement from a computer or laptop. The last resort is to call the customer service of your bank so they can give the code associated with that charge to you.
