Hey, so i sold an item on depop and the guy paid through paypal, but the paypal account that was linked at the time is unverified and I can’t verify it becauce i misspelled my email ( i wrote .coN not .com at the end). Can the guy get back his money when sending to a unverified account? And can i change the email adress so i can verify the account? Please help

1.

Should show as unclaimed on the senders side so if there is a cancel option tell him to click it but if there is not as its just pending/ or unclaimed then it should time out at 30 days and be released back to him.

2.

Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and add another/new email address first > verify it > go back and click on update and tick the box underneath that says make primary > then you should get the remove option by the old / incorrect now no longer primary email. You can have up to 8 email addresses on the one paypal account.
