If you are unable to login to the account here is a Help Center article that may be able further assist with gaining access to the account : What can I do if I can't log in? If you are still unable to access the PayPal account, I advise to contact our Customer Service team. To reach our customer service team scroll to the bottom of the PayPal site and select "Contact Us".
