I am sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing your account. The best thing to do is contact us through our website as we cannot support you via this channel for security reasons. To do so, go to the 'Help' icon on the PayPal website and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. Here you will be able to see which options you have available to contact us without logging in. Please note that these options are only available during service hours.
