I am trying to order parts from the USA and ship to a shipping forwarder in the USA, but my paypal account is Australian and so is my verified address. The seller won't ship to my US address due to being unconfirmed or my Aus address because no international shipping site policy. So how do I make my US shipping forwarder address verified or confirmed?
