Deceptive Advertisment by Sellers

I recently placed orders for two items from a company called Love House Company and paid through Paypal. I received invoices for the items as described online by the Love House Company. One item was an office chair and the other Kitchen Utensils. I also must say that the items were to be shipped to me via a forwarder located in Miami. I am in Trinidad. The items received by the forwarder in Miami were not what was on the invoice the Company sent to me. Instead of the office chair, a cheap watch was sent and instead of kitchen utensils, a waiter was sent. I lodged disputes with Paypal for a refund. Love House responded through Paypal that I must return the items in order to get a refund. Both disputes were denied by Paypal. My argument is that I did not deceive anyone. I ordered what was advertised. I received invoices with illustrations of the item ordered. Why then do I have to go through additional the expense of paying for return shipping to get a refund? The Love House Company deceived me, the buyer, so an unconditional refund should be made. As a matter of fact, the items have been left with the freight forwarder in Miami because shipping to me will cost me additional funds when the packages finally reach me. What do you think?

In the event of a dispute you choose your seller and not Paypal so you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you go ahead and buy from that seller / country.

Paypal state this >>
IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal Buyer Protection does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.

I'm a trini speaking from experience here order off eBay next time they offer buyer reimbursement although you haven't returned the item but you'll have to return the item. In order for your money to be released to you.
