So my problem is that I forgot my password and I Up don't have the phone number that belongs to my old paypal that I had first and when i called them they said I need to verify my credit card or debit card the last four digits but I never added one or never got a email for like card added to my old one and i have 50 bucks that someone send me and I need that to pay bills and I did every password i can think of been doing this for 5 day plz someone help
